lackbd Platform Agreement

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "lackbd" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting website accessible at lackbd.club, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and application interfaces operated under that domain.
• "Player", "User", or "Account Holder" refers to any individual who has completed the registration process and maintains an active account on the Platform.

• "Funds" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) balances deposited into, held within, or withdrawn from a Player's Account.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the lackbd Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and lackbd. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the lackbd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. lackbd does not permit access to any person under the age of 18, and any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a minor will be closed immediately and all associated Funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts may not register as Players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of registration.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is permitted in your location before using the Services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of lackbd, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on the lackbd Platform, Players must complete the registration process and maintain a valid Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The opening of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Funds.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your Account details current. lackbd may request updated documentation at any time to verify your identity.
• You must keep your Account login credentials strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your Account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• You must notify lackbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach involving your login credentials.
• lackbd reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any existing Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so.

Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. lackbd may request a copy of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Verification documents must be submitted to [email protected] as plain-text email attachments.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the lackbd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account.
• lackbd supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at lackbd's discretion.
• Deposits are generally processed within minutes of successful confirmation from the payment provider. lackbd is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. lackbd reserves the right to request withdrawal via an alternative method in certain circumstances.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. lackbd may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of account verification.
• Funds deposited into a lackbd Account may only be used for gaming and betting on the Platform. Depositing funds for the purpose of holding or transferring money without genuine gaming activity is prohibited.
• lackbd does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which lackbd bears no responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotions

lackbd may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Players must read and accept the individual promotion's terms before opting in.
• Bonuses are issued at lackbd's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Winnings derived from Bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will not be eligible for withdrawal.
• lackbd reserves the right to void Bonus winnings and remove Bonus funds from an Account where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
• Players may not hold more than one active Bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash except as explicitly described in the specific promotion's terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions conducted on the lackbd Platform are subject to the following rules:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where expressly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• lackbd reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, incorrect odds publication, or any other circumstance that materially affects the integrity of the market.

• Cricket and sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures, are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body. lackbd's decision on market settlement is final.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, the records held in the lackbd system shall be the definitive source of truth, subject only to demonstrable technical error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted by lackbd at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lackbd Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed and any Funds held pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or opening an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or account verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other conduct that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or casino game for financial gain.
• Conducting transactions through the Platform for purposes other than genuine gaming activity, including money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Sharing login credentials with or allowing access to your Account by any third party.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or security systems.

Responsible Gaming

lackbd's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

lackbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication at this URL. lackbd will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address on file, but it is the Player's responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
